When will I recieve my order?


'WebOrb' includes many products from all around the world. And each product has unique shipping details. You can filter the products by using tags. And you can see which products will be shipped by location. Please make your choice based on locations. If you are unsure about the product and the location of the product, please contact us before ordering. For domestic shipments, please allow 2-6 business days after shipment for your package to arrive. For international shipments, it takes approximately 14-18 business days to receive your package, although sometimes it may be sooner or later depending upon your country’s customs department. For expedited international shipment (6-10 business days) with detailed tracking information, select PRIORITY shipment upon checkout. After your order processes, you will receive an email with your order confirmation. Once your package ships, you will receive a separate email with tracking information and you will soon be able to log into your account to track your order. Is my personal and credit card information safe?


Definitely! Credit card processing is secured. Furthermore, your credit card information is never stored on file. If you’re still hesitant, you can checkout using PayPal.




How do I track my order?


After your order ships, you'll receive a notification email with a tracking number and link, so you can check on your shipping status and know when to expect your order.




How can I change my shipping address?


If you contact us within a few hours after placing your order we will do out best to change your address. Unfortunately once your order is processed, we cannot change your address. Please email us at support@weborb.online with your order number if you believe your package won’t arrive to you.




Can I return my order for a refund?


Yes, you can return your order. You can return the product within 14 days of receiving it. We will send you a return label and you will receive a refund* minus a shipping and handling fee. *Returns are applicable only for domestic orders. International orders are final sale. How do I cancel my order


Unfortunately once your order is processed it cannot be cancelled as it’s already on its way to being shipped. Nevertheless, if you email us within 6 hours after you place your order to support@weborb.online, there is a slight chance we can cancel it in time! If your order is processed and on its way to you and you’d like to return it, you can write RETURN TO SENDER on the package (without opening it) and have it sent back to us for a refund minus shipping cost and handling fee. Please email us at support@weborb.online if you’re in this situation.




How do I know if my order went through?


Once your order goes through, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. If you created an account, you can log into your account and see the status of your order. If you haven’t received an email confirmation you may have entered your email address incorrectly and thus are not receiving our emails. If you haven’t received an email confirmation and do not see your order in your account, your order most likely did not go through due to a credit card processing issue — your name, billing address and zip code that you enter upon checkout must match your credit card statement’s information. Please email us at support@weborb.online and we will look into your order for you.

Why is my credit card payment not going through?


If you are seeing an error upon entering your credit card information please make sure of the following: 1) The credit card numbers you entered is correct, including the security code 2) The name, billing address and zip code you enter upon checkout matches the name on your credit card billing statement (most common problem) 3) You have sufficient funds in your account (if using a debit card). Once an error occurs, your order is not processed and you will have to checkout again. If you are still having problems, you can pay via PayPal.
